Day 2 in Paris The fun begins at the Louvre

There were to many to count marble statues, here are some of the highlights. Minus the nude ones which there was the most of.
Family portraits!
John the Baptist!
One wing of the museum was the living quarters of Napoleon. a little over the top for my taste, no wonder the people revolted when the leaders were living like this and they were all starving!
Napoleon's throne.
His wives diamond broach
One of the many rooms decorated in gold trim that covered all of the walls.
One of the queen's many jeweled crowns!
The girls should recognize this from our picture picture game at home! We couldn't find the Lipshitz any where.
We walked 22269 steps, which is 10.5 miles we were ready for a nice quiet dinner after that long walk! Trace had mushroom pasta. I had chicken with pasta. It was amazing!
